Can I manage several clients from one login?
Yes. You can belong to several workspaces and switch between them. Each one keeps its own videos, team, calendar and connected accounts.
How does billing work for each client?
Each workspace has its own plan, paid by its owner. Each client signs up for their own workspace and invites your team, and you switch between client workspaces from one login.
What can each role do?
Owners can do everything, including billing. Admins also invite members and manage connected accounts. Editors upload, edit and schedule clips. Viewers can watch and download clips.
Do viewers use a seat?
Yes. Every member counts toward the workspace’s seats: 1 on Free, 2 on Creator, 5 on Pro, and 15 on Business.
Can each client post to their own accounts?
Yes. Each workspace connects its own scheduling account, so each client’s accounts stay in their own workspace.
Can clients approve posts?
Not inside ClipCheap. Clients can follow along as viewers. If an account is set to require approval, posts wait for it and show “Needs approval” here.
